Registration Rates
To take advantage of the reduced registration rates for early booking, you must register by 13th April 2012 (the deadline is midnight UK time). The registration rates are as follows:

| Late/On-site Registration Non-Member (21 May 2012 onwards) | £600.00 |
| Trainee/Student Registration | £250.00 |
| Accompanying Guest Fee | £135.00 |

Delegate Registration
All attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the Congress. Registered delegates will receive the following:
- Delegate Bag including the programme, copy of the Congress proceedings and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
- Lunch and refreshment breaks on the days attended
- Free Admission to the opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday 6th June
- Free Admission to the Edinburgh Castle Reception on Thursday 7th June
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Congress Dinner on Friday 8th June
Trainee/Student Registration
Any delegate who is registering at the Trainee/Student Registration fee must provide proof of their status. Please obtain a signed letter from your supervisor and submit it to the Congress Secretariat as soon as possible after registering.
Accompanying Guests
All accompanying guests must be registered. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the drinks receptions. The Accompanying Guest Fee includes:
- Name Badge permitting access to the following events, but NOT Congress sessions
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday 6th June
- Half day tour of Edinburgh on the morning of Thursday 7th June
- Admission to the Edinburgh Castle Reception on Thursday 7th June
- Option to purchase tickets for Accompanying Guest Tours
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Congress Dinner on Friday 8th June
Reduced Fees and Travel Grants
The organisers may be able to offer a reduced fee for delegates from developing countries (those defined by the World Bank as "low income economies" or "lower-middle income economies" - click here to see the classification). Participants from these countries should contact the ECNP Secretariat (ecnp2012@meetingmakers.co.uk) for more information.
Travel grants are available through the Euro-CNS. Please click here to download an application form. The deadline date for completed applications is 1st April 2012.
